Position Summary:

Responsible for identifying, developing, and executing effective sourcing strategies. Serves as a subject matter expert in management and executive sourcing.

Position Key Accountabilities:

1.    Responsible for the development of and execution of innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions and creates candidate pipelines for future needs. Conducts basic market analysis and industry research to identify and develop sourcing strategies. 
2.    Partners with Recruiters to understand the talent needs of the business and creates an effective search strategy to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines.
3.    Builds relationships with potential candidates on a continual basis through e-mail, calls, and networking. 
4.    Generates leads through direct sourcing methods (cold calling, job boards, etc.).
5.    Develops and executes sourcing strategies for passive candidate. Sources passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, etc.
6.    Builds and maintains a vast network of professional relationships to aid in sourcing activities.
7.    Qualifies candidates at all levels for needed skill set/competencies for current or potential positions through phone screens. Screens potential candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
8.    Will manage some requisitions through the complete cycle.
9.    Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
10.    Keeps future interest candidates warm in the talent pipeline.
11.    Creates reports on sourcing activity and communicates any relevant market information to recruiters and/or management. Tracks prospects and reports metrics for pipeline, conversions, and hires. 
12.    Works at a strategic level to develop sourcing responses to staffing challenges as well as highly specialized, targeted job searches. 
13.    Examines niche markets and screens candidates for designated hard-to-fill positions.
14.    Proactively conducts research to create innovative sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
15.    May act as a mentor to other sources through the sharing of sourcing strategies and key lessons learned. 
16.    Performs other duties as assigned.

Certification/Skills:

None.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor degree or relevant experience in lieu of education.

Minimum Experience:

Four (4) years of experience. May substitute required experience with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum education requirement.

Physical Requirements:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
