Program Coordinator, Wellness-KN-Test
Position Summary
Provides and coordinates tasks associated with wellness and other employee assistance programs under the guidance and direction of the Program Manager for Wellness.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist with planning, implementation and evaluation of wellness initiatives.
- Assist with collection of data related to worklife and wellness interventions.
- Assist with communication between worklife and wellness programs and employees.
- Assist with updating spreadsheets and reports.
- Assist with general office responsibilities such as mailings, organization, supplies, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Certification/Skills
Organized, creative, detail oriented, responsive to the needs of others. High level of competency and experience with Excel, Word, Power Point, and Publisher.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in health, human services or related field.
Minimum Experience
Three (3) years of experience in assisting or coordinating projects, programs or initiatives. May substitute required experience with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum education requirement.
Physical Requirements
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
Security Sensitive
