Position Summary:

Provides system support and administration of one or more UTHealth’s Human Resources systems/applications. 

Position Key Accountabilities:

1. Serves as a subject matter expert and service resource for one or more Human Resources systems/applications. Responsible for content administration and support, including the research, resolution, and escalation of issues.
2. Develops, analyzes and makes recommendations on training activities, usage and performance.
3. Supports the integration of applications with current systems and new technologies.
4. Collects and interprets program requirements to provide scalable, solutions for training delivery, deployment, tracking and reporting.
5. Launches new systems/applications enhancements, including training; executing proper testing protocols consistently to ensure flawless implementation.
6. Supports upgrades, projects, and the coordination of appropriate functionality; and to maintain the organization and person records to ensure security, accuracy of analytics and application integration. 
7. Participates in the creation, documentation, and training of systems standards, policies, and procedures; maintains data integrity rules and processes.
8. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Certification/Skills:

Oracle, Taleo, SAP Success Factors, Peoplesoft, Workday experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of education.

Minimum Experience:

One (1) year of experience with HR or enterprise systems.

 

Physical Requirements:

Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
