Assistant Professor/Associate Professor, Neonatology - Pediatrics, McGovern Medical School
applications for a a full-time non-tenure clinical track as an Assistant/Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology. The selected candidate will contribute to the department’s mission to educate health science professionals, discover and translate advances in the biomedical and social sciences, and model the best practices in clinical care and public health.
Position Key Accountabilities:
-Providing direct patient care and supervision of medical students, neonatal
nurse practitioners, fellows, and residents in clinic and hospital settings.
-Participating in the Pediatrics Neonatology practice at Memorial Hermann TMC
locations; including participation in a UT general Pediatrics Neonatology
physician group call team for coverage.
Qualifications:
The selected candidate for the position must have a Texas Medical License or be eligible for a Texas Faculty Temporary License. Required or preferred board certification as a Neonatologist.
