The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Division of Oncology in conjunction with Memorial Hermann Hospital is recruiting for an academic Assistant or Associate Professor to serve as a full-time faculty focusing on Malignant Hematology and Medical Oncology in Houston. Candidates should have strong clinical training and experience in all current treatment modalities.

Position Key Accountabilities:

The position involves building a robust clinical program in collaboration with University of Texas faculty and the Memorial Hermann Cancer Center. Participation in research working group activities and tumor boards is expected. Teaching opportunities will be available. The Division of Oncology at UTHealth benefits from an association with the Memorial Hermann Hospital System, and this position works closely with the Cancer Center in the Texas Medical Center.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be board certified or eligible in oncology and hematology. Academic rank and salary will be based on previous experience. Selected candidates will be members of established clinical and translational research programs within the University of Texas Memorial Hermann Cancer Center.
